Location, Prayer Athan, Notification, Reminders not Working

Solutions of all Prayer Issues:

 We are going to help you if you target these issues while setting prayer times

Location :- 

If you have installed our application just clear data then open app and allow location permissions, If your device is Android 10 and higher then allow background permission and notification permission. If you will not accept these permissions prayer times and athan notifications will not recieve in your device.

After allowing all permissions, Your GPS is off when you go to prayer section a dialog will appear which shows enable GPS location or manually (this manually will go to settings section enable location then click on actual location now search your area and hit on Okay button your location area will be set on prayer times and it will store on your device it will not be transmitted to others) Enable GPS location and keep click on payer section untill fetch your current location, when your location successfully fetchs you can turn off your GPS and a notification will appear Not Able to Schedule Adhan  Grant this permission and enable it  now your location are properly set.


Prayer Athan : 

After set location properly now to go settings:
  • Choose prayer settings, choose Adhan of the prayer 
  • Select which adhan you want to set
  • Set Adhan volume by seekbar
  • Enable Reminder sound (default interval before adhan +10 minutes you can adjust it by increasing +5 upto 60)
  • If you pray Night prayer or Tahajud enable it 

Notifications: 

Enable notifications both in prayer settings and Notification settings, you can enable or disable notifications in prayer sections (default is off i.e., no adhan sound only notifications and vibration if turned on in settings) turn enable if you want to custom adhan of five prayers.


Prayer Calculations : 

Adjust prayer time and calculation method:
  • Click on Calculation method and choose if you know which is your method
  • Click on Adjust prayer times if you want it by increasing or decreasing
  • Click on Adjust times in higher timing or keep it by selecting default
  • Select School Hanafi or Shafi
  • Select midnight mode
  • Select Hijri Adjustment (sometimes it not works so no worry we will fix this issue soon)

Choose a Theme

We highly recommended you to choose a Dark theme, It is easier on the eyes and save battery life especially when you using our application in night sessions its recommended to use Dark theme. For dark theme :  Go to Home section or Prayer session Top bar on right side settings icon  Click on it  Click on Theme  Enable light theme to dark  Sometimes it will restart app Here it will be in dark theme
